ETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES

The company or services must observe good ethical principles.

 

CUSTOMER CONCERN AND INTIMACY

The company or services gets close to their clients through their marketing strategy. The benefits of greater customer intimacy for a company/services might include improved highly tailored problem solving capabilities and greater adaption of products to customer needs, as well as higher customer loyalty levels.

THE SELECTION PROCESS – Companies, products, brands, services and individual must qualify in the criteria used based on the market research and survey  made by the Research Team. The company,  product, brand, services and individual being chosen will have the privilege to be recognized  in  the TOP CHOICE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE and is conferred the ”Seal of  Excellence” which can be use in their business  and marketing campaign.

 

Selections are based on the nominations  from independent body of different  industry or category.  Market Research and Survey was conducted by the Survey Group  through Street Interview, Word of Mouth, Personal and Telephone Interviews and Focused Group Discussions. Our panel of judges will select a shortlist of companies for each award.

The Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence is an annual systematic and ongoing individuals and companies recognition program intended to give recognition and empower  them  to encourage extraordinary customer service. They have created criterias to evaluate candidates using the following.

 

ØSAFETY - how products and services supplied by a company delivered in a safely manner and ensure that the products should pass the Product Safety Standard.

 

ØRELIABILITY - the probability that a product, system or service will perform its intended function adequately for a specified period of time, operating in a defined operating environment without failure.

 

ØCOURTESY – to ensure that customers should be treated politely or shows a respectful attitude. It is vital in building a good customer relationship.

 

ØCOMPETENCE – the ability to do a job successfully or efficiently is a vital ingredient to meet or surpass customer satisfaction.

 

The Philippine Awards for Outstanding Entrepreneurs is conferred to individuals who have excelled in their respective line of business or industry and to acknowledge their continued pursuit to excellence and noteworthy achievement.

 

Ø ELIGIBILITY

Company/products/brands/services must qualify in the criteria used based on the market research and survey  made by PCEM Inc. Market & Data Research Team. The company/product/brands/services being chosen will have the privilege to be recognized  in  the  Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence (PACSE) and  is conferred the ”Seal of Excellence” which can be use in their business  and marketing campaign.

 

Ø SELECTION PROCESS

Based on the nominations given by an individual or independent party from different organizations and industry. A further market research and survey is then conducted by the PCEM INC.’s Market & Data Research Team to determine the outstanding  entrepreneurs, companies, brands, products and services. A thorough evaluation and review  is done by Philippine Awards for Customer Service Excellence Council. The PHILIPPINE AWARD’S FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXCELLENCE “SEALS OF EXCELLENCE” (Gold, Silver & Bronze) are use to recognize individuals, companies, brands, products and services that exemplify business and customer service excellence.
